Le Meridiean

The project consists of a G+30, 144.3-meter-high concrete structure with 254 hotel keys (rooms). The total above grade GFA of the project is 35,575.3 m² which will include hospitality, VIP suites, arrival lobby, check in lounge area, all day dining, meeting room suites, spa, specialized F&B facilities, licensed bar and an additional roof top bar utilizing the views across West Bay Doha.

The 3 story basement structure contains the majority of the car parking, primary MEP provisions and the hotel back of house spaces such as prep kitchen and primary goods in and out, designed to accommodate the demands of an international 5-star hotel.
